Return Policy

Product Return

You have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to return the product in its original condition and packaging. If these conditions are not met, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return, but we are always happy to help find the best solution. Returns may be rejected due to the lack of original packaging, missing components, damage caused by improper use, or inadequate packaging of the return shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and returns should be sent to the address of our gallery.

To initiate the return process, please email us at studio@fineartprints.pl – include your order number and the reason for the return, and we will take care of the rest.

If your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, you can choose a refund (minus the shipping cost) or a reshipment of the product.

Damaged Product

If you notice that the product was damaged during transit or parts are missing within 14 days of delivery, please contact us. Kindly take photos of the damage to the product and packaging, preferably at the time of receipt from the courier. This will help us resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Depending on the situation, you may receive a partial refund, the missing or damaged item, or an exchange for a new product. To process your claim, please keep the original packaging.

Undamaged Product

If you wish to return the purchased product, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. A refund will be issued within 30 days from the cancellation of the order, minus the cost of return shipping. The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Changed your mind and want to cancel your order before it is shipped? No problem! Contact us, and we will refund 100% of the cost. Just email us at studio@fineartprints.pl with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Refund

We process refund requests within 14 days of receiving them.
